Kevin Grismore
Principal
Kevin has been in the food manufacturing industry for 40 years with a proven track record for increasing food and employee safety, quality, and productivity. Kevin served as the VP of Operations at Fieldbrook Foods improving productivity while decreasing waste and expenses.
Kevin has extensive expertise in capital project management, employee engagement, facility acquisitions and mergers.

Neil Squier
Senior Engineer
Neil has over 30 years of experience in dairy plant maintenance and engineering. Neil worked as a Plant Engineer for Fieldbrook Foods Corp managing projects, training staff, supervising union and non-union employees, as well as implementing energy projects and rebate programs.
Neil has expertise in CAD software, troubleshooting, and PSM compliance.

Adam Grismore
Continuous Improvement Consultant
Adam Grismore is a proven leader in operations and maintenance with over 21 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry. He currently serves as an Operational Excellence (OpEx) Engineer with Greybeard Group, where he consults with food production facilities to identify operational gaps, mentor technical teams, and implement engineering-driven process improvements.
Previously, Adam held key leadership roles including Plant Manager at Crunch Roll Factory; Maintenance Manager at Schwan’s GSC and Ehrmann American Dairy; and Maintenance Supervisor at Wells Blue Bunny and Fieldbrook Foods, where he also served as EH&S Coordinator. In these roles, he successfully developed and implemented preventive maintenance programs, led root cause analyses, ensured regulatory compliance (DEC, OSHA, EPA), and drove initiatives to improve plant safety, uptime, and reliability.
Adam’s technical expertise includes Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Process Safety Management (PSM), SAP, AutoCAD, PLC programming, refrigeration, wastewater systems, and OSHA/Hazmat protocols. His hands-on approach and strategic insight make him a valuable asset in optimizing manufacturing performance and maintenance operations.
